  Heads up, they only take certain coupons (the coupons we get in the mail) that the owner selects. So instead of it being 14 dollars for 2 subs, my order ended up being 30 dollars. I wouldn’t have ordered had I have known they don’t honor coupons or deals on the app. I told them I had a coupon and it wasn’t until I got to the register is when I was told they don’t accept that one.

  We stopped by the Mineola location last night around eight PM and the two guys working there were great. Best customer service I've seen in a long time.

  Subway was great! Javier was our sandwich artist and did a great job of making the sandwiches for my wife and I. He explained why they had no lettuce due to the recent issues that were going on with the supplier and still made a great tasting sandwich. The manager was also there and she was encouraging and supportive of everything Javier said. We will definitely go here again when we are in Mineola.
