  Musky smelling room, like mildew and cosmetically a dump, paint on walls look like a 12 year old painted rooms, floors look gross, wear shoes. Toilets caulked around base obviously an amateur set commode. Just nasty room. And hoping I dont catch bed bugs.

  After an impromptu visit to see family, I decided I wanted to stay overnight in Mineola instead of making the long drive back to Dallas at such a late hour. Checked in with Chasity sonetime after 11pm quickly and easily. She was very warm and welcoming. When I couldn’t figure out how to function the jacuzzi, a staff member was at our door immediately to assist. Checkout was met with a warm smile and wanted to ensure we had a great stay even tho it was a short one . Thank you Matt & Jordan for making sure our morning was great ! If only the person I shared the room with were as awesome as Best Western staff… I guess it’s time to raise the bar🤔

  My boyfriend and I stayed the night for a romantic night away, we reserved the room with a jacuzzi tub and it was super clean and worked very well. We enjoyed our night together and ate a nice hot breakfast before heading home…nice staycation. We will be back for sure!

  This hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, personable and present! The breakfast had a good selection, and the coffee was always freshly made. There was good seating around the pool area for visiting with family and friends. I reccommend this location.

  Nice place and staff. Relatively clean. Over priced. Would give 5 stars if place was under a 100. Just not worth the price
