  Placed on online order at 12:30 for a 6:30 pickup. Unfortunately my wasn't ready for another 20+ minutes. When they handed me my food, I saw my name and order on the side of the bag. When I got home I discovered that the order I'd placed 6 hours earlier and waited more than 20 minutes for was completely incorrect despite the correct order being on the outside of the bag.

  Placed an order online and picked it up. The process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived. Best of all, the wings were delicious and the fries were really good!

  I asked for lemon pepper and there was no seasoning on my wings. Very disappointed. ☹️
