  Not even trying in customer service . Saw two employees smoking a vape right in front of 3 customers. And one at the register said out loud,” I’m so aggravated!!” And it wasn’t even busy. Mine was a pick up order. I hope they retrain their staff and/or hire people who are actually customer service oriented.

  Great sandwiches, sort of. If only they had been the sandwiches we ordered! We ordered 2 Spicy Italian foot long subs toasted with various vegetables and dressing. What we got was 1 Spicy Italian and one ham and turkey. We wanted them toasted and they were not. We wanted 1 with tomatoes and the other not. Neither had tomatoes. I could go on… My husband was a good sport and ate the ham and turkey but GEEZ! It was all right there on the receipt! Let’s have some attention to detail here!
