  Graciela is AWESOME. I left All State a year ago, but she got me back with lower rates and super customer service. Her office is the tip of the spear...they go out of their way to make you feel valued!

  This agency is truly the BEST one I’ve ever worked with in all the years I’ve had insurance. I’ve had Allstate insurance for my homeowners and auto policies in the past, as well as other insurance companies, but I’ve always returned to Allstate because of their competitive rates. I switched from Allstate to State Farm about 3 years ago. And when my first renewal came up, my rates had skyrocketed… and I had not filed any claims. So I returned to Allstate, but the agency that handled the switch made a complete disaster of everything! I mean, EVERYTHING! I stopped into Graciela Berumen’s office to see if she could help me out. She was WONDERFUL! She took the time to get every single issue resolved. She spent quite a bit of time with me making sure I had just the right policies and coverages for myself and my husband. She truly cared about my needs. And even since that time, Ms. Berumen’s office associates have been extremely helpful in always making sure I’ve got the right coverages. I very STRONGLY recommend her agency and office. They are definitely the best!!!
