  Employees aren't very customer oriented. Update 4 weeks later: I had to go back to the store to get another phone to replace the one the insurance had just replaced, when it stopped working 2 days later. After checking others, there is a sign that says the flip phone is $69 full price. The kid tells me it is $109. I just looked at him. Needless to say, I left and will find one elsewhere , if we stay with cricket.

  I can not recommend cricket at all. On initially switching to them it took nearly a whole day and several hours at the store and on the line with the company to get our phone numbers switched over. Extremely painful. Later we used one of our cricket SIM cards in an unlocked Apple phone - Cricket hijacked the Apple phone and relocked it under their company. After spending literally 8 to 10 hours on the phone they refuse to unlock the apple phone which we purchased from Apple unlocked several years ago. We also got the free phones from Cricket that come along with the phone plans and can be unlocked after 6 months of use with the company. At the end of the 6 months we unlocked it, but later Cricket relocked the phone again and is now saying we have to use the phone on their plan an additional 6 months. This company is completely unreliable and will hijack any phone you use their SIM card with and make no effort to fix the problem. Someone should take a legal action against them.

  Had a great experience, the workers there do a great job. They helped me much better than my other carrier.
