  Employees aren't very customer oriented. Update 4 weeks later: I had to go back to the store to get another phone to replace the one the insurance had just replaced, when it stopped working 2 days later. After checking others, there is a sign that says the flip phone is $69 full price. The kid tells me it is $109. I just looked at him. Needless to say, I left and will find one elsewhere , if we stay with cricket.

  WARNING!!! If you get Cricket service, and use an unlocked phone with a Cricket SIM, Cricket will illegally lock your phone to Cricket.
