  I've been to this store quite a few times, and I've always had good experiences. Unfortunately, that changed after dealing with one employee—a white girl with short hair and piercings whose name I didn't catch. The first time she helped me, she was loudly cursing before I got to the counter. When I walked up, she looked at me for a second and ignored me for a bit before finally helping me. The whole interaction felt cold and rushed, and I left feeling like I wasn't really welcome. It was completely different from how the other employees have treated me. My previous visit was even worse. I set my things on the counter and started pulling up my return code on my phone. Even though the store was empty, she stayed at another register and said, "I can help you over here," in a pretty rude tone. I asked why she couldn't just help me where I was already standing, and she responded, "Because I'm at this register," in a very dismissive way. I walked out feeling like I was more of an annoyance than a customer. After these two experiences, I can't help but wonder if the way I was treated by her had something to do with my race, and that's honestly the most upsetting part. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. Every other employee I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful, which makes this stand out even more. It's disappointing that one person's attitude has changed what had always been a positive experience for me. I hope management looks into it so every customer feels welcome and respected.

  I come to this store often for Amazon returns. The employees there are always so kind and friendly. Especially the young lady with glasses and tattoos. She always makes my visit pleasant and makes you feel welcomed. I wish I could remember her name. I wish more establishments had an employee like her. Always greets with a smile and just has a pleasant demeanor.
