  Never once heard from the actual agent named Rushing. Started out ok as most insurance companies do, but prices just kept creeping up and aside from reducing coverage no options are available and it's always the same old "well that's the way the market is" Also a complaint about coverage being described differently than the policy as written was investigated by themselves and of course determined that there was no fault on the agent's part *eye roll*

  My experiences with the Rushing Agency has always been a pleasant. The agent are very knowledgeable, direct and always have a pleasant attitude to speak to. I'm never left holding on the line for a lengthy time and I appreciate that.
