  Online app messed up my order.. $100 order.. telling me " error occurred " not knowing it processed.. now subway wont refund my money.

  ANA was the best ! Second time her attending us , and she’s so awesome 👏🏻 she takes her time & makes you want to come back! Thanks to her we love going to Subway❤️ God Bless Her❤️🙏🏻

  Customer service sucks on everybody's part when in there with my sandwich after ordering online it was wrong told him it was wrong they argued with me that they counted everything and made sure it was right however I went out to my car again for the second time counted it was missing a whole meat on a five meat Italian and it was supposed to be double meat on both sandwiches and it wasn't the manager said she believed what her employee said her employee said that they counted it obviously didn't count it hard enough cuz they missed a whole meat finally got one of the two sandwiches fixed but won't be going back to that store again 40 dollars later

  Well ordering thru the app is terrible payed 6 subs only got 5. All the sandwiches were wrong & I cant take them back cause they were brought to me @ work. Never buy from here on mobile app. And I have been calling them for a while & they won't answer! 😤😠
