  Avoid coming to this location, lady has a very short fuse. No ETIQUETTE whatsoever. We switched from another carrier to here thinking it was going to be a breeze…. No we were wrong we had to order an iPhone and was promised it was going to arrive the next day and to our surprise it never arrived (keep in mind we were told to wait at home to receive it, if not it would’ve been sent back to the sender) so a whole day went to waste. I called the store asking if they had any iPhones in stock and of course they did. I kindly asked if we could cancel the incoming order because its still 5 days out and pick up the phone in store today and of course the short fused lady was of no help babbling that we were “told” that it could take 3 days from when the order was placed to receive it. It’s crazy to go from 3 days to 5 days. Lying to get sales is very unprofessional. Waste of customers time and money.

  HORRIBLE!!!! Keke changed my plans without telling me, she kept telling me to approve the stuff on the pin bad and told me that i did not owe my bill. Woke up with no service! Went to pay my services and i payed my Bill and it was cheaper then usual went to a different store and they informed me of the changes!
