  I walk into the cricket wireless store in mexia a devoted Christian. By the time I walked out 20 minutes later I was practicing black magic. The customer service is horrific at Best. I would only recommend this place to people that I would like to see spend eternity in hell. I switched to straight talk wireless and restored my faith in Jesus Christ.

  Very unprofessional employees, they look like they hate their job. I went in to buy an iPhone and not one employee asked me what they could help me with. All 3 employees stood at the counter and not once asked. I had to ask for a certain phone and they did not have it which is fine. But didn't offer me any other phone or give information on when they would have more in. Every single time we go in it's this way. I've been to Cricket in Del Rio, Tx and Dallas all they have had exceptional service and all went above and beyond to help. This store needs to really train employees on some serious customer service skills
