  Placed phone order and was told it will be ready in 10. Took me 12 minutes to get there, then stopped at the store for ice cream which took me another 15 minutes just for them to tell me a 20 minute wait when I arrived. A total of abt 40 minutes and still counting...now my ice cream is melted and im pissed😠😡🤬

  Now why would they put lemon pepper wings in the same container as bbq with no paper separating? Then they put so much bbq sauce it’s all over the lemon pepper wings. My child won’t touch bbq so I had to pick up another meal for her. Do better! Just have basic common sense.

  This is by far the sweetest wing spot! No matter what time I stop by, everyone greets us with so much respect and kindness. You always feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Great customer service and great vibes every time. 10/10!!!

  I had an amazing experience with Shayla! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a beautiful smile and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She has such a warm, pleasant, and positive personality that truly stands out. Her customer service was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. She was patient, professional, attentive, and overall just amazing. It’s hard to find people with such great energy and kindness these days, and Shayla definitely made my experience memorable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service. She deserves every bit of this 5-star review!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Wingstop today. I waited over an hour for a simple order consisting of one sandwich and 10 bite-size corn pieces. During that entire wait, I watched multiple customers come in after me — both walk-in and online orders — and receive their food much faster while my order continued to be ignored. On top of that, staff members were constantly getting other customers’ orders wrong. When customers would politely ask how much longer their food would take or explain they didn’t have time to keep waiting, employees were looking at people crazy instead of trying to help or communicate professionally. The atmosphere was very unorganized and disrespectful. To make matters worse, after finally receiving my food, the drink machine had no ice available. After such a long wait, that was just another example of the poor experience and lack of preparation from staff. When I asked for a refund due to the excessive wait and poor service, not a single employee knew how to process one. The entire situation was unprofessional and showed a serious lack of communication, training, and customer service. Customers should not have to wait over an hour for a small order while watching others continuously get served first, while staff acts dismissive toward frustrated customers. While waiting for my food and for someone to finally figure out how to refund me, I had enough time to write a whole book report about my experience….crazy work
