  This location bout the slowest and most unhelpful staff. Sat here for 5 minutes waiting for a Uber pickup that was already ready. Two of the employees just walked by me without acknowledging I was even there. This location is always either slow or their employees are in a certain type of mood and not helpful.

  I placed my order thru Uber Eats to not leave my house, literally only received the wings. Horrible service mind you I arrived at the store and they have no people so why did you forget my shit.

  Horrible experience per usual . I literally walked in and ordered fries and veggie sticks.. 24 minutes later i find myself asking for a refund . How long does it really take to make fries? All the way down to when i asked for a refund , not a single apology from anyone .. just refunded my money and went to the next person . Crazy part is that there was a manager on shift . No one bothered to grab the manager or even ask if they could make it right . I won’t be back .

  This location has gotten so bad. Last month my order was messed up, to fix the issue they handled me a small container of lemon pepper salt and told me all they were going to do was add it to my wings. Now yesterday 7/31 placed a to go order it was about 4 people in line. One worker was doing nothing another having a full on conversation with a customer. We stood there for almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally get back home lemon pepper wings are sitting in a carton of grease, fries cold and half cooked. 0 out of 10 do not go to cartwright location.
