  Worst customer service experience I've ever had, especially from the front counter staff. This happened around 8:30 PM this evening, and the entire situation was chaotic. The employee with the long hair at the cash register was particularly unprofessional, even more so than the short-haired cashier. In my opinion, she is the one who needs the most training on how to treat customers respectfully and provide proper customer service. Very disappointing experience overall. This is not the first time this is happening either.

  Today Sunday 10/4 at 6pm we place a large order of wings lemon pepper where ao dry no flavor at all mild buffalo was dry as well I will never come back to this wings place

  Este lugar me encantaba pero últimamente se están tardando mucho para dar tu orden.y esta última vez viernes 11 de septiembre me dieron comida de menos yo no se si lo hacen porque es comida para llevar uno ya desesperado por irse aveces no checa confiando que te echan las cosas bien .me echaron una alita menos no es mucho lo que falto pero para regresarte a reclamar no vale la pena. Les pedimos que cheques las ordenes bien y que vuelvan hacer esas alas ricas que hacían unos meses atrás doraditas y jugositas.
