Order $30 worth of food for my entire tender meal to be old and cold. I understand that the location was busy but cold and old food is wrong.
I ordered a 50-piece family classic meal, specifically paying for all flats, with the cashier, John. When I got home, I discovered the order was completely wrong. It was a mix of flats and drums, the 20-piece Mango Habanero was incorrect, and a side of veggies was completely missing.Since it is a 30-minute drive for me, I called the store first. John picked up the phone and proceeded to put me on hold three times. I drove all the way back to the store and saw him just standing at the front counter doing nothing. When I went up to him, he acted like he didn’t just take care of me 30 minutes ago, completely pretending not to know who I was.Instead of apologizing when I calmly explained the missing items without any attitude, John was incredibly rude, laughed it off, and with a terrible attitude demanded, "Where's the food?" I shouldn’t have to tell any worker how to do their job, especially if they’ve been there for a while. Also, it looked like There was more than 4 people in the kitchen, so that attitude was completely unnecessary.When I originally placed my order, John explicitly told me to leave a review in exchange for free fries. Well, here is your review. You’re welcome, John.why would I be lying about messed up order when it was hour round-trip and on top of that; just to be ignored and mocked by the employee who messed up the order is completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to retrain John on basic customer service and order accuracy.

I gave this location 4 stars overall, but I wanted to specifically recognize John, the manager.
Every time I come in, he’s professional, positive, and does a great job communicating with customers, especially when things get busy. Instead of letting people wonder what’s going on, he’ll thank everyone for their patience and keep customers updated, which goes a long way in a busy restaurant.
I’ve never seen him have an attitude, even during rushes. He stays calm, respectful, and treats people well. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and John consistently delivers it.
Just wanted to give credit where it’s due.

My wings were not fully cooked almost pink they were not crispy and we didn’t get our vegetables that we ordered. Mind you our order was a $73.00 order but we didn’t have time to return the food. I will never go to this location again.

I came here due to a pregnancy craving… I ordered 6 piece combo all flats well done original hot and lemon pepper. I told him, Allan, when I started my order that I wanted a 6 piece combo he proceeds to follow up with ANYTHING ELSE? Dang can I tell you how I want my chicken prepared first ALLLAN! Then I tell him well done (that’s how I like my chicken) then he says anything else!! DANG CAN I COMPLETE MY ORDER BEFORE YOU ASK ME ANYTHING ELSE ! Every time I said something here goes ALLLLAN ANYTHING ELSE! There was no greeting when I came to the counter didn’t ask if I wanted ranch he assumed and put it on my ticket. Honestly he rushed me to complete my order. Make me not even wanna eat here because the customer service is trash didn’t even ask if I wanted my food to go he assumed. I’m actually dinning in. Thanks ALLAN. I asked for a refund due to my dang food being cold after I waited in the store for a dine in order. 🤬🤬before I asked for a refund I asked for EXTRA seasoning on my chicken and the original hot extra wet when I initially placed my order and guess what them wings was dry! So I ended up going back asking for more seasoning and that is when I felt my food was cold.
