  I placed a carry out order through the Wingstop app and got an estimated carry out time of 11-16min (7:14-7:19pm). The app then tells me the order is ready and to head to the counter when I arrive. Somebody else picked up my order, but when they arrive at 8pm he gets told the order isn’t even ready yet! So literally why tell me it’s ready when it isn’t? He then waits basically another hour to finally receive the order. You would assume the food would be hot since it was just given out but nope the fries are cold like if they had been sitting for a while and the wings as well. There’s either an issue with order tracking in the app or idk cause it makes no sense to place and order online and receive the notification it’s ready to then get there and your order hasn’t even been started on so then you have to wait even more..
