  If you’re trying to place an order don’t even try to call they will place you on hold and answer whenever they want. I waited 35+minutes on the phone after being told can I place you on hold. Honestly worst experience I tried calling multiple times after that I had to pull of I person to place my order instead. (I could of place my order in person but due to en error on their system I couldn’t)

  First time here and these workers are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional especially the Mexican girl. There is absolutely no professionalism here.

  Second or third time being shorted bought 20 got 18. Family of 5 so someone obviously got less, ranch was also spilling in the bottom of the bag because the top was half off

  Extremely rude staff. Manager and the staff need retraining on customer service as they obviously do not know how to be customer facing. The staff before were all friendly but I do not know what happened and why the new ones are EXTREMELY RUDE. Would rather go to the one on cartwright or town east than deal with these people.

  We tried the Galloway location because they have a drive thru (usually pick up from Cartwright). The food itself tasted good, but we ordered extra crispy boneless wings and regular boneless wings (of the same flavor). When we opened the boxes, the "crispy" and regular were in the same box (bc the total number of wings was correct. Couldn't tell them apart. Also, the "large" fries came in the same container they put the carrots and celery in and then they put it into the black box, so we got regular fries, not large fries. Very disappointing.
