This is the worst insurance agency Ive hired. The approved my policy and then rejected after making an inspection and then sent me a couple of pictures of worn out shingles(the property is not brand new and the roof has not holes or big issues) of the roof with no clear information I had to fix. I asked for more informetion and was simply ignored. Edit: The problem was solved and the policy reinstated. I appreciate Yuli's help she was kind and helped me contact the headquarters. But unfortunately generally speaking it was not a good experience because of the lack of help i received at the beginning.

I was a little disappointed when I received my Automobile Renewal. The price more than doubled. I immediately call my agent Mr. Greene who promised to look at it and get back with me. That's exactly what he did, we were able to agree to a new reasonable amount.
