    My husband and I was getting paperwork notarized by Ms. Cassandra who visibility has a knee issue and has a cane. She expressed she was in pain. But did her job was very professional. Well her colleague walked by and bumped her without acknowledging she did and Ms. Cassandra asked her to acknowledge that she did bump her or watch where she is going. Since there is no place for anyone to sit to do this paperwork. Well the other colleague got extremely loud calling her bro. Did not apologize or acknowledge that she would not do it again. Well unfortunately the same colleague walked passed and bumped her again. And Ms. Cassandra voiced her concern and yet again the young lady got loud in front of many customers and was soooo unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or saying excuse me she escalated the situation. In the mist of all of this. Ms. Cassandra was able to finish our paperwork and stayed calm. Ya'll need to really check who you have in your place of. Oh and the other colleague who was helping another customer when he asked for clarification she rolled her eyes right in my view because she was annoyed. Do I plan coming back to this UPS not likely although we did not wait long to be serviced and Ms. Cassandra was pleasant and able to handle the situation. You can definitely tell there is conflict in this place among the workers.

    The staff were friendly, but the package pickup system could be improved. The line can get very long just to pick up a package, especially when there are employees available mainly helping with Amazon return scans. A more efficient pickup process would make the experience much smoother for customers.

    I understand that lost packages can happen, but what I experienced with UPS was beyond frustrating. My package contained custom-made clothing and gifts sent from Nigeria for my brother’s wedding. I have video evidence showing the package being scanned and physically loaded onto a UPS truck… and then it somehow vanished into thin air with no further scans or accountability. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information and spent months trying to get answers. UPS continued stating there was no evidence the package entered the network beyond drop-off, despite the fact that I literally have proof of it being loaded onto their truck. To make matters worse, because my label was purchased through Shippo, communication and responsibility kept getting redirected elsewhere even though UPS was the company that physically lost the bag. The compensation offered was minimal and did not come close to reflecting the actual value or significance of what was lost. At some point, it felt less about genuinely helping locate the package and more about quickly closing out the claim and moving on. I understand situations like mine may fall into the “1%” of lost packages, but I truly hope UPS revisits how those rare situations are handled because customers deserve better communication, transparency, accountability, and actual support when something this important disappears after entering UPS custody. I honestly still hope the package somehow miraculously turns up one day.

    This location is ALWAYS packed. Never less then 10 minute wait. Its stupid to have to wait in line when all you need to do is "drop off" a Amazon return Especially when you have the label already printed .

    Great service. Staff was nice. This location is way too small, way too understaffed. Its ridiculous. Every time.i come.in this place is standing room only and I've never gotten through in less than 45 minutes.
