Long lines but staff was friendly and kept the lines moving. I recommend this place to go even if it’s out the way.!

This is, without question, the worst UPS Store I’ve ever used. The only reason I ever walk into this location is because Amazon sometimes requires returns to be dropped off at The UPS Store. If I had a choice, I would never use this store. Their so-called “Time Saving Kiosk” is anything but. Customers who want to use the self-service kiosk are forced to stand in the exact same line as customers waiting for a cashier. That completely defeats the purpose of self-service. If I have to wait behind customers shipping packages, notarizing documents, or conducting lengthy transactions before I can even access the kiosk, it is not saving anyone time. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, yet management continues to operate it this way. Another issue was management allowing a charity to repeatedly solicit customers directly outside the entrance. When I complained, I was told the store had given them permission. After getting nowhere with management, I contacted the shopping center’s property manager, who informed me that The UPS Store does not have the authority to authorize solicitation in the common areas. Property management stepped in, involved security, and the solicitation stopped. I also contacted UPS Corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they offered very little help. The common theme with this location is simple: problems are ignored until someone outside the store forces them to be addressed. If you’ve experienced similar issues, I encourage you to report them to UPS Store Corporate, Amazon Executive Customer Relations, or the shopping center’s property management. I will never voluntarily use this location again, and I strongly recommend using another UPS Store if you have the option. Update on 7/28/2026 in response to owner’s reply to my review: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not address my primary concern. My complaint is not that customers need help using the kiosk—it’s that customers who are fully capable of using the self-service kiosk must still wait in the full-service line just to access it. That defeats the purpose of self-service. I also noticed your explanation regarding the solicitation issue differs from what I was told at the time. I still hope the store will reconsider how the kiosk is managed so it actually saves customers time. That brings me to a simple question: At what point will the self-service kiosk actually be treated as a self-service kiosk? Do you intend for it to remain effectively a staffed register indefinitely, with an employee continually “teaching” customers how to use it? From what I’ve observed, the vast majority of customers already know exactly how to use the kiosk. Yet they’re still instructed to wait in the same line as customers shipping packages, notarizing documents, or conducting other lengthy transactions before they’re even allowed to access it. At some point, the kiosk should be allowed to serve the purpose it was designed for: enabling customers who don’t need assistance to complete their returns quickly and independently. Until that happens, calling it a “Time Saving Kiosk” is difficult to reconcile with the actual customer experience.
