Please, please train your employees to READ and COMPREHEND the order before they start making it! Every single time I order from this location something is wrong. Not an exaggeration, it's every time. But, it's convenient. I order online and pick it up on my way to work. After today, though, I am done. I ordered a very simple toasted ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I get to work and it's not toasted. I ordered an All American Club protein bowl for lunch. I specifically asked for dressing on the side because I'm not eating it for several hours and I hate wet salad. When I checked my bag, the dressing was on it. I didn't have the time or energy to have her make it again, so I took it. When I opened it at lunch, there is no bacon on it. The All American Club includes bacon. I am totally done. It's bad enough that they don't bother to greet you when you walk in. No words are ever said. There is hardly every anyone at the counter. Bags are on their pick up shelf area. I go in, pick it up and leave. The workers have never asked my name. They don't know if I ordered the food or not. Whoever owns this location needs to do better!
