  So unhappy with their service! After cancelling with them, I was told I still had an unpaid balance (still don't get how if we paid all the monthly payments). I figured they would charge the credit on file since I wasn't told otherwise. However, this was not the case. Supposedly they sent me a letter through the mail. Never got one and instead of emailing me or calling me and telling me they hadn't charged my card for the unpaid balance, they sent me to collections. I was livid when I got the text. They had all these forms of communicating with me but no instead they went to collectons.

  What an awesome group! Stephanie is honest and efficient. And her office staff is on point. I was able to work with them to save almost $60 per month for equal coverage to a competitor. She made the experience smooth and fun. Tremendous attitude. No pressure. Actually felt like she cared that we were in the right spot to succeed. I’ll be referring her to everyone I know. Thanks!!!
