Nicole was amazing. She had excellent customer service, helped me pick out a phone, set it up, and answered any questions we had. She also helped other customers at the same time. Overall a great employee.

I have a cricket phone that was previously unlocked for an AT&t SIM. I've been using this phone for the past year and then all the sudden today it's been relocked by cricket. There is a cricket screen that tells me that my SIM card is not compatible even though it has been for the past year. This store was incredibly unhelpful on trying to fix the problem.
