  I love Wingstop but I was very disappointed to find out once I got home,(a 2 minute drive) my boneless wings were freezing cold to the touch and I was very excited to bite into a hot warm wing just to find out it’s cold.🥺 and my fries had zero seasoning I love the fries this made me sad

  I was really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop in Melissa. I ordered Original Hot wings with extra sauce, Lemon Pepper wings, and fresh fries. Unfortunately, the food I received was far from what I expected. The fries were old, overcooked, and tasted stale instead of fresh. Many were dark and burnt, as shown in the photos. My Original Hot wings barely had any sauce on them even though I specifically ordered them with sauce, and the Lemon Pepper wings were very lightly seasoned. When you’re paying for fresh food, you expect it to be made correctly. This meal looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp instead of being made fresh. I hope management pays closer attention to food quality and order accuracy because this experience was not worth the money. I did call twice asking to speak to a manager but the unfortunately the employees just put me on hold and then disconnect the call.. I won’t be returning unless they make significant improvements.

  I have tried to give this location several chances but today is it. I usually order through Uber Eats and because you can’t make adjustments on the app I call and ask if they will add extra Parmesan and extra garlic butter and every time I receive the most flavorless wings. It’s not only do they not do the extra but they don’t do it all. They just throw the cheese on top of the wings and that’s it, nothing else. They’re not even edible because they literally taste like nothing smh. I don’t know who is in the kitchen and why they’re so lazy but they need new cooks immediately
