  Had an Amazon package so already had label and all. Was apparently 1 minute past their closing time and the young individual harshly continued to tell me “we are closed.” Mind you all I had to do was scan it myself and drop it but he would not let me through the door. I understand hours of business but present your tone and customer service differently.

  Efficient friendly service! I had multiple prints, copies, lamination, bindings projects, a need for a notary and a return. The team was very professional and handled all my needs extremely efficiently. They were even communicative about how long binding services can take so I left, popped into HEB next door quickly, and came back to all my projects complete and organized for me. Really happy with this location and will be switching from my other usual spot.

  Over the past year I started my own small business, that has become increasingly more busy with shipments. I ship several hundreds of packages a month, and frequently ship high priority overnight packages. This is the best UPS store by a long shot. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. His staff go above and beyond to be helpful. The store looks clean and well organized, and even with busy shipping days they get through long lines in a very timely manner. I’ve used other UPS locations, FedEx, and USPS, and the experience is never what I explained above. I will not be shipping anywhere else, due to how well this store is ran. Outstanding job

  I can’t say enough about the customer service at this location. I submitted an online order just 30 minutes before closing and honestly didn’t think anyone would see it. To my surprise, Alex called me and let me know they could still take care of my order if I headed over. Alex went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Outstanding customer service and a great example of taking care of customers. Thank you again, Alex!
