  Very disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for my order, and the employees seem like they don’t care about the customers waiting. The guy at the front didn’t even give me a chance to ask about my order or provide any update. If there’s a delay, the least they can do is communicate with customers and let us know what’s going on. 40 minutes of waiting with no explanation is unacceptable.

  Usually this place is good when it comes to quality of the food but since this isn’t the first time it happened to me I thought I’d express my issues before it happens again to anyone else. This is the second time me and my wife were served runt wings. These wings were so small that when my wife handed me my food I assumed she got the incorrect amount of wings we ordered. It wasn’t just mine it was hers as well. Now the first time this happened to us it wasn’t all the wings but this time it was. And because they were so small they were overcooked and lacked meat. It was straight crunch for the drum sticks and I couldn’t even taste the meat. I don’t want to offend whoever accepts the shipments of these wings but the quality control is slipping away. No way should the cooks should have even prepped the wings to have been sold. Please fix this issue because I’ve had great wings from this location and it’s in a prime location for a lot of people.

  Delicious wings! You can taste the freshness and the crunchiness is perfect too. Very satisfying.
