  I called to place an order, and the employee told me he couldn’t take my order because there were three customers waiting in line. I understand being busy, but taking a phone order only takes a moment, or he could have asked me to hold or called me back. The customer service was disappointing.

  Wingstop is not as good as in the past. Two bad experiences in a row. Time for a break!!!

  I came in and ordered a coke, brownie, and large ranch earlier tonight just to test out how wingstop is since I’ve never been before. Let me just say, I’ve had a great time. The person in the front whose name I believe to be Deja was so kind and patient with me, even helping me fill out the survey. This was my first time and definitely won’t be the last! She really knew what she was doing and 100% deserves a raise if she hasn’t gotten one already!
