  Rip-off prices. Something that costs pennies to make is being sold for nearly $2.00. Everyday people are getting ripped off here. The parking lot tells the story. Boycott businesses that take advantage of customers. Bad karma comes from profiting off hardworking people. When people get home they curse.

  I placed a future order for pickup at a specific time. I show up right on the dot… and my food hasn’t even been started. Four people in the kitchen. Two glued to their phones. The rest just standing around chatting like it’s happy hour. Zero urgency. When a customer politely asked about their order? They got defensive, then the staff started arguing with each other right in front of everyone. The lobby was full of unhappy people staring at the “Pickup” sign like it was a cruel joke. Whoever owns this location — you’ve got a serious crew problem. Fix it fast or this place won’t be open much longer. Terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  This was my first time at this location, and I had an important issue that needed attention. After speaking with Lexis, the manager, it was immediately clear that she has a real gift for making customers feel welcomed and valued. She made sure I knew my business mattered, and she genuinely wanted to see my issue fully resolved. Because of her willingness to listen and her commitment to customer satisfaction, I will absolutely be back. Thank you, Ms. Lexis with your leadership and professionalism, I wouldn’t be surprised to see you become a VP of Training one day.
