  I will never ever order from this Wingstop again that was the worst experience I had forever ever in my entire life. I ordered on DoorDash they burnt my wings didn’t give me any sauce. I ordered lemon pepper. I gave them a call up there too get my refund. They said take a picture and they will send my refund. I said no I’m gonna bring you your food. I go into the establishment. The music is blaring rap music everywhere. They gave me a store credit or they can remake my food. I literally had to walk them through how to remake my food and make it look like the picture In the commercials shut this place down now or hire a whole new crew. It looked like a club scene inside of a Wingstop not kid friendly, not family friendly not customer friendly.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. My entire order was messed up, and I did not receive the food I actually ordered. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting a specific order and then receive something completely different. I understand mistakes happen, but this was not just one small issue—my whole order was wrong. I hope management addresses this because customers should receive what they paid for. Please do better I work in fast food as well and this is ridiculous!!!

  I’ve bought chicken wings here many times, but lately, the staff’s behavior has been terrible. Last week, a Black female employee looked at us with open contempt and glared while we were ordering; I have no idea what I could have possibly done to deserve that kind of treatment. She seemed annoyed when handing over our order—perhaps because we’re Asian? Then yesterday, my daughter went to place an order, and the guy behind the counter acted completely fed up; he got her name wrong even though she tried to say it—he just couldn't be bothered to listen. Honestly, the staff here are just not okay.

  This is the hood Wingstop… the staff especially the big Mexican kid in the back washing was blasting vulgar rap music stern got upset when told to change then changed to bachata music . Staff cleaning over food at 8:45pm on a Sunday with a rush.

  I love wingstop. But this place never fails to disappoint me. I order here because it’s close but I’m to the point where I’d rather travel further to get better wings. The wings taste UNDERCOOKED, and the lemon pepper seasoning is barely noticeable. I know when if I order from here, I better be ready to be disappointed. Flavor is very minimal, and nobody wants to eat wings that taste undercooked , especially everytime. I’d say, someone needs to get ahold of the young employees on how to cook and season or just close it down at this point
