  This location has never had my order on time. They need more staff to support their sales volume. My wings are always dry or undersauced. I would highly recommend going to a different location

  I’m not one to write reviews much. I always get good service from this location. After my online order was given to me I asked for an additional two ranches. I changed my mind last minute and said I only wanted one. The person working there said they needed manager approval to remove one sauce. I’m not pressed nor did I want to bother them so I just paid for the two sauces. Consider giving employees the ability to remove sauces without approval.

  This was my third time giving this location another chance, and unfortunately it was the same disappointing experience again. I ordered four wing combos with well-done fries, and for the third time the fries were not cooked well done. The flats were mostly broken apart, with bone fragments and marrow throughout, making them unpleasant to eat. The original hot wings arrived soggy and cold yet again. Overall, the food smelled old, tasted stale, and was a complete waste of my money.

  I just wanted to say Eriselli (Sorry about spelling) is the absolute BEST! It is 15mins believe closing and she is working her butt off taking care of a full room and cleaning duties while being as sweet as can be. Give a raise and free vacation seriously. Thank to the staff again!
