  Extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. On August 7, 2026, I went to this location to send time-sensitive legal documents to India. I was originally considering another shipping option, but the staff recommended that I pay approximately $40 more for a 3–5 day option because of the urgency. What they did not clearly explain was that this was a USPS service rather than UPS international shipping, nor was I told that the 3–5 day timeframe was not guaranteed. As of August 20, more than 12 days later, the documents have not even left the United States. I have already contacted USPS separately, so I understand there is little the UPS Store can do about the package at this point. My concern is with the recommendation made at the store. If a customer specifically says they are shipping time-sensitive international legal documents, staff should not recommend a service based on a 3–5 day timeframe without clearly explaining who will actually transport the package and whether that timeframe is guaranteed. I appreciate management reviewing what happened and addressing how these options are presented to customers in the future. I will not use this location again for critical shipments.

  I love coming here, the staff is always nice and super friendly and the environment is very clean and nicely organized.

  Most UPS stores stress me out but the service I received at this location was great. I was helped out by a lady name jadee, she helped me with a difficult return and was really patient with me while I figured out who I was shipping to. More places with service like this are needed.

  Avoid getting passport photos at this store. The quality is surprisingly bad, the colors are off, the image lacks definition looked like came from a 1990s printer. Better to go to Fedex, really good quality and for half the price
