  One thing I don't like is being lied to about services. On 8/4 around 1130, I went to this location after a work meeting to ship a package to a friend. I waited in line patiently and thought it would be a quick 10 min transaction. I get to the front of the line and the tall Caucasian gentleman proceeds to tell me I can't ship a package without him checking my ID. I was like I've never needed an ID to ship and he refused to service me. I went to another location on 380 and was able to ship no issues and no ID verification required.

  Friendly staff and clean store. The only downside is that the line gets pretty long, but overall it’s a great location.

  Came here to return an Amazon package. The store was clean, the parking lot had enough spaces. The employees were very friendly and quick with their work. The whole process was very smooth and I was in and out in less than 1 minute.

  Maybe all UPS stores are this good. I've only been to a couple of them. I DO know that the employees at THIS store (1821 Lake Forest, McKinney TX) are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would go out of my way to consistently receive this kind of service!
