  The guy working here on 05/02 at 2:05 pm was so rude. Literally was going to charge me full price for their daily sub deal because he was too lazy to locate it on the screen. Very rude to customers likely wont be returning

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Subway. When I politely asked the employee making my sandwich to cut it in half, he responded with an extremely rude attitude rolling his eyes and acting like it was an unreasonable request. Even when I said sorry thinking did i say something out of line, he gave me a completely dismissive, uncaring look. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. To make things worse, when I got home and opened the sandwich, it was completely messed up and falling apart—I couldn’t even eat it properly. The entire experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and disappointing. The employee (long hair) made it even worse with his attitude. I will not be returning to this subway again let alone this location.

  I had a really great experience at Subway recently. The staff (Josh) was friendly and quick, and they made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. I especially liked how fresh all the vegetables looked and tasted—it made the whole meal feel light and satisfying.

  Placed an online order. Got the wrong order. Tried calling the store to complain but they don't answer the phone. Place has recently changed personal. The food and service definitely needs to be addressed.
