I came to this location at 7:00 pm and the lady that saw there had such a huge attitude. She was throwing food all over the place and she slammed my sandwich down. She was being extremely rude. I will never come back to this location. She was also sweating everywhere. She doesn’t want to work.

When i first came in , nobody said anything to me , was standing there for like 5 mins until sumbody said sumthing , i asked for my bread to be toasted again , its like they had a problem with that, then ask if they had avocado they said no , then asked me if i wanted a bag like am i supposed to take the bread in my hands , its so disappointing bc i always come to this location , and it was the 2 people that ware behind the counter …

Very disappointing experience. My order was prepared incorrectly on two separate occasions, and when I canceled due to the mistakes, no refund was provided. The current supervisor took nearly 50 minutes to prepare the order, which was still wrong.
I’ve also been unable to speak with the manager regarding refunds or service concerns. Poor customer service, excessive delays, and repeated order mistakes make this one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend.

Been coming in this place for months, haven’t had the first problem. Staff is always nice and the food is always good and made well. Until today, new staff working, obviously not trained well. I asked for tuna and got little half scoops, when I mentioned it I was told
I would have to pay for extra meat. What?!? I should have walked out. Make me pay extra for a sandwich that is only made like it should be?!? Get out of here. This place needs some help, Again!
