  We had Allstate for a long time. They were charging us over double what progressive is charging us for car insurance, and only a little less for homeowners insurance. I always paid in full to get a tiny bit of a discount, however this last time my card had expired. I tried to pay in full as soon as I figured out what happened. They were not helpful, and told me that’s tough, but too late. They did refund the $10 late fee, but I’m pretty sure they took that out of my refund before they gave it back to me lol! Just shop around!
