  Stacey and Fred have been our Allstate Agent for years. And they are the best! They are knowledgeable - but most importantly- they are good listeners and take a personal approach to customer service.

  The duration of the time I was with Allstate, it was a great experience overall. However, when it came to terminating my policy, they made it difficult. I specially asked what criteria was needed beforehand, but when the time came that I had decided not to move forward with them, they changed what was needed. I was told that if I didn’t want to send them what was “required” that I had to call customer service. So I called customer service, who was able to cancel within 5 minutes of me being on the phone. I had put in the request to terminate before the Thanksgiving holiday, because I didn’t want funds withdrawn from my account; but due to the fact the this location made it difficult, I was still billed. Now waiting on my refund.
