  Very poor customer service. I stopped by this FedEx location during my workday today 8/17 specifically to drop off a package, only to find the location closed in the middle of the day with a note saying they had stepped out and would be back at 11:45 AM. This was extremely inconvenient and forced me to drive to another FedEx location, which ultimately made me miss an important meeting. If the location needs to close temporarily, there should be a reasonable alternative or at least accurate communication about when it will reopen. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
