  the associates there lack training, I felt like I knew more then the guy that helped me. I got a new iPhone within 24 hrs the screen went blank and just showed the apple logo, when I went up to the store they offered to go through their insurance company without offering or even considering any other options. I had to find out my self through their online assist chat. I work in retail and just from my experience there is no initiative from the employees and a lack of knowledge I'm sure it falls down on the company after all just sucks how many ppl are walking away feeling like purchasing anything there was a mistake. Also on top of everything I got told that I got a case and screen protector for FREE that my total wouldn't change turns out it was 40 dollars guessing since they get a commission its the ruse they use.

  I had to stop by today for an upgrade, and the gentleman at the register (Dylan) was the most helpful. Easy to work with and knowledgeable of the product and prices! Thank you Dylan for my new moto G!

  Nathan is amazing! He assisted with my moms and stepdad's phone when they were set up with the wrong e Sims and phone numbers. He also helped transfer all the data on one phone. He was extremely knowledgeable professional and nice

  Great service and very helpful staff. The manager was very informative and pleasant, answered all the questions I had about my phone seeing as I’m not a tech guy now. I am going to be a frequent customer here. Really great customer service
