  They have nice rooms and good service. It a relax environment for me because I like to take it easy after work. It is the best place to stay in McKinney Tx.

  My disabled mom and I stayed at this hotel last night. We left a cash deposit, the Assistant Manager, Preet Patel checked us out when we were ready to leave. We left a cash deposit when we checked in for our overnight stay. Upon leaving, rightfully so, he did an inspection of our room. He the decided to charge us $20 because there were spots on 1 towel and a washrag. My mom and I washed our face with the rags and since we had makeup on, makeup was obviously on the the cloths. We also cleaned off something that got on the night table with a towel. Since he was charging for them, we asked for them back and he refused. The reason he refused is because they were conveniently already in the wash by the time we came back in. If you stay here be very careful if you use your credit card as they charge for normal use. Also, we were drilled about my mom's service dog even though we had her credentials on us ready to show. I am just blown away by the treatment of Mr Patel and would advise people to be very careful when choosing this location. *****Edit. Thank you for your response. It would be asinine to be arguing about a review over $20. The reason I posted the review is that I am concerned that your hotel charges people unnecessarily and unwarranted for financial gain. I want other people to understand that before they present their credit card.. As I told your Assistant Manager, this stay has cost you any future business from my family which is way more costly than the $20 that was nit picked about. Not to mention the people who will read this review and think twice about staying. We have stayed at your hotel several times and even left you a glowing review a few months ago. Unfortunately it seems that things have changed. Please don't refer to people's service dogs as pets. They are not. Thank you.

  The hotel was clean, easy to get to just off the freeway, plenty of parking, beds were comfortable and the ac worked great. Breakfast was good. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, i believe he was the Gardner saw we were having trouble came over and helped, the front desk was helpful in extending our stay and keeping us in the same room, the housekeepers were willing to help take things to our room or help get to the laundry, the breakfast people were always keeping the breakfast filled. It was really nice to be able to use the speciality machine to get coffee, Capichino hot chocolate, or hot water anytime.
