  Went I eat wings which I hadn't had in a long time. I ordered the combo of eight classic wings half of the new Lemon pepper chili crunch and half original hot. I think I was the first customer that day and service was good I waited maybe like 10 minutes for the order to come out. The fries were good but had a little to much salt on them. The original hot wings were good but the lemon pepper chili crunch were not all that just the top two had season the other two looked like fried wings with no flavor maybif they season all around or flip them and season a bit more. Restroom looked clean as well as the inside was getting clean when I got there. Will choose another flavor when I go to a Wingstop for sure.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Wingstop in McAllen off Expressway 83. First, we called ahead to place a order, but we were told we had to come into the restaurant before they would even take the order. After making the trip there, they then told us they were out of boneless wings and that they were no longer accepting large orders because they were getting ready to close. This information could have been shared over the phone before we drove to the restaurant. Instead, we wasted our time and left without any food. The lack of communication and poor customer service made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers aren’t inconvenienced the same way. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE STORE MANAGER MRS. ANA!!!
