  Courteous staff up front but the wait times at this particular establishment are terrible. I always end up waiting to whatever wingstop I go but this one just blows the others out of the water. Delivery drivers avoid.

  Placed an order online two hours and 15 minutes in advance to get picked up at a certain time. I get there at the time and get told there are multiple orders being made before mine. Have to wait 30 extra minutes on top of the time I had set while people that were coming in after were getting their food first. Then when I finally get my food, the fries are cold. What’s the point in putting in a time to have it ready if it’s not even going to be even close to being done? Yet their screen and app claims my order was finished at the appointed time which was a lie. This isn’t the first time either, it’s a common occurrence. Guess we’re done with Wingstop, ridiculous.

  Terrible service… I ordered a 30 piece for my family and kids. And when I got home with my wings they were all spicy when I had ordered 10 Bbq and my kids were crying because they couldn’t eat wings.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. We called to report finding mosquitoes in our food, and instead of handling it professionally, the manager immediately became dismissive and defensive. Her response was, “there’s no way there’s mosquitoes in the food,” as if calling a customer a liar is somehow acceptable customer service. No apology. No concern. No offer to fix it. Just attitude. Finding bugs in food is already unacceptable, but being spoken to with arrogance and disrespect by management made it even worse. At that point, the issue was no longer just the food it was the way this was handled.
