    Staff needs customer service training as soon as possible. The moment we walked in, there were four employees standing around talking amongst themselves while only two registers were open. When I asked for a box to pack my items, I was assisted by Daniella, and unfortunately the experience only got worse from there. I asked for a box based on the dimensions of my storage container, but Daniella measured it incorrectly and brought me an oversized box. I immediately told her the box looked too large, but she insisted on giving it to me anyway. She then charged me for tape to seal the bottom of the box, something that could have been handled as a simple courtesy. After the box was taped, she informed me that it was actually too large and asked if I wanted to purchase a smaller one. I declined since I had already been charged for the original box. She continued the transaction with a rude attitude and offered bubble wrap to fill the excess space, resulting in even more charges. Ironically, after charging me for tape earlier, she used the store’s tape to seal the box at the end. The entire process was frustrating, from the fake customer-service tone to the lack of helpfulness and professionalism. What should have been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessary and expensive hassle because the box was measured incorrectly from the start. It was clear she was having a bad day, but customers should not be treated this way because of it. I’ve done business here many times in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

    I would like to give my highest praise and deepest appreciation to Ms. Christie Ramos for her truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated extraordinary patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care—qualities that are rare and invaluable. What made the experience even more remarkable was her ability to effortlessly manage the entire store by herself, all while 13 people were waiting in line, without once appearing overwhelmed or rushed. Ms. Ramos handled every customer with calm confidence and respect, ensuring each person felt seen and valued. I was there for fingerprinting services and was experiencing difficulty with the machine. Ms. Ramos went above and beyond to assist me with fingerprint troubleshooting, taking the time to explain the process clearly and thoroughly until the issue was resolved. Her attentiveness and problem-solving skills were outstanding, and she never made me feel like a burden despite the demands placed on her. Her performance is a textbook example of high-reliability organization principles in action—maintaining focus under pressure, prioritizing safety and accuracy, demonstrating resilience, and committing to excellence even in high-stress conditions. She showed remarkable situational awareness, adaptability, and accountability, all while delivering exceptional service with grace. The store and the company as a whole are beyond blessed to have Ms. Christie Ramos. She embodies the epitome of what customer service should be. We truly need more wonderful, dedicated, and amazing people like her. She is an absolute asset, and her impact is felt immediately by everyone she serves. Ms. Ramos, if you read this, thank you for your amazing care and assistance.
