Santiago was very rude, I ordered 2 subs, he got my order wrong twice, while at register I told him the total is too much bc he was charging me $26 he revised it VERY rudely and said “it’s still the same amount, as he recharged everything back! I then paid and checked receipt and he charged us 3 different subs , which means he got the order all wrong( I then approach and say to him he got order wrong, and he’s SUPER upset to be incorrect or Wrong with the full transaction! He then says it is wrong and starts fixing it with a lot of attitude! I told him I would speak to his manager on Monday morning May 18, so if Alondra (manager)sees this message please e mail me and I will be more than happy to tell you further details. Thank you for your attention.

Food is delicious but 2 of the employees Santiago and Alondra weren’t very nice they were rude and kept rushing me. Took them awhile to get to the front to help me out I was waiting for a few minutes.

Kaylie was amazing! Was friendly, patient, and really attentive to how I wanted my sandwich made. Everything was kept clean, the service was efficient, and the attitude was very positive. You can tell they care about doing a good job and about the customers. Great experience, a real asset to the team!

My go to place when I run out of options. I only get the tuna on wheat. Wish they would offer boiled egg, so next time I plan on making me some boiled egg before work, picking up and adding it myself. Please, please employees of Subway exercise politeness, greet your customers, say thank you with a smile, remember its the customers that can make or break a business. But then again this is the Valley (I am product of the Valley) why expect professionalism or etiquette. 😔
