  Ethan was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job. Made our subs just like we want wanted. EXCELLENT customer service. Great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

  The food quality is poor, and customer service is nonexistent. I got a turkey sandwich, and the turkey tasted foul. I asked to switch it out, and the manager smelled it, tasted a slice, and said it was good, and that it was probably what I added to my sandwich that made it taste off. Did offer to reimburse. Doesn’t help that they are understaffed. Don’t know why I’m surprised.

  Took a long time to service me but in there defense there was only one employee working. Get him some help.
