  Great customer service, went it there with phone problems even after calling 611, and Manager Pamela was able to fix it in less than a minute!!

  My son needed help with his iPhone and the girl there didn't have any idea whatsoever of what to do my son's phone needed to be recovered and rebooted and this store could not service the phone at all the girl behind the counter told me they're not technicians she didn't have any computer to hook up the phone to to even attempt to restore the phone in which we pay services for this store is useless and has no knowledge of any cell phone experience I suggest not coming to the store ever if you want any type of information other than paying your bill horrible experience with people who have no phone knowledge but working at a phone store ridiculous the worst cell phone store experience I've ever had again again the girl told me she's not a technician but she works at a phone store

  I went to the store this morning right at 10am. Eddie was extremely polite and helped me right away! I was due for an upgrade and he explained all the phones he had available. Eddie made the process so quick and smooth! Keep up the great work Eddie!

  Eddie Gutierrez was a very attentive sales associate I went in wanting to switch from metro and he walked me through every device that fit my needs from the minute we were in they he found every need we wanted he took his time by helping us switch our devices he was very nice and talkative any customers that came in he welcomed in I truly recommend anyone that needs help ask him he also tried to see if we qualify for internet but unfortunately we didn’t qualify for our address he definitely knows his job !!!!!
