  I went to your store to connect a new phone line. I was initially told my phone could be connected without it being properly checked first. After being charged, I was then told I needed to purchase another phone, which turned out to have a locked screen I could not access. When I returned for help and requested a refund, I was treated disrespectfully and mocked for not knowing how to use the Android device. I also requested a manager’s contact information multiple times and was refused before being told the employee himself was the manager. I am requesting this matter be reviewed immediately and that an appropriate resolution be provided.
