  If you’re looking for an insurance agent who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Mayra Gonzalez with Allstate. She is incredibly patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had gathered quotes from several other insurance companies, and Mayra took the time to carefully compare each one with my current coverage. She patiently explained where the other quotes fell short and showed me why they weren’t actually better values. Thanks to her, we were able to get a better price on both our home and auto insurance while making sure we had the coverage we needed. After dealing with other companies where I spoke to a different person every time I called and never seemed to get the full story, it was such a relief to work with someone I could trust. Having one dedicated agent who knows our situation and truly looks out for our best interests made all the difference. Mayra put me completely at ease during what had become a very frustrating process.   I had my homeowners policy review with Michael today and he was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked through coverage options and answered all my questions without rushing me. He also gave me clear and helpful advice which I appreciate. His professionalism and attention to my questions gave me confidence that I’m properly protected. It’s rare to get that level of service these days. A great example of customer service!   I want to give a huge THANK YOU to MARISOL with Allstate insurance on behalf of the Perez family!! She has been such a pleasure to work with and has helped us with all of our needs and policies. She went above and beyond with getting us the prices we needed even if we talk on the phone for more then an hour she is still working with us and helping us as much as she can !!   Maria Floran was exceptionally helpful. She was very patient with me. She listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Maria was able to find me a better auto insurance for my vehicles on à budget I’m comfortable with. Thank you Maria for your patience and dedication.
