    I swear every time I go in there it makes me not even want to deal with it. I’d rather drive to Longview than go to the UPS in Marshall. The customer service is horrible and they always treat me rude for no reason.

    Went in today thinking it wouldn’t be too busy because of the rain, but to my surprise it was the busiest I’ve ever seen the store LOL There were only two employees a nice young lady with a bun and another cute girl with glasses! and both of them were absolutely terrific. I honestly felt bad watching them handle everything on their own. For a store that’s known to get this busy, you would think there would be more staff!! it just seemed really inconsiderate to leave them like that SMH especially with the nonstop rush that they had to handle on THEIR OWN (mind you these girls looked soooo young LOL) They stayed kind, patient, and professional the entire time, even with lines building up and packages stacked taller than they were LOL You could tell they were doing their best not to let anyone feel rushed or ignored, which I really appreciated. Big respect to those two for holding it down and still giving great service under pressure. They definitely deserve recognition!!! I hope they know how well they both did!!!!

    I went to track my package and it turns out it's probably lost via USPS. Are you telling me that I was charged $9 for them to take my package 5 minutes down the road to the USPS?? Next time I'll just cut the middle man and pocket the extra $5. Not only was that not disclosed, I can't get anyone on the phone. Wild. Extremely unprofessional.
