  My package was lost a month ago somewhere on the TWENTY MINUTE DRIVE between Marshall and it's destination at the UPS center. I do not live in Marshall. I was assigned a case number by someone at the store (handled by the hotel manager that was shipping to me), but MAin UPS says that no movement has been made on it. I have left multiple messages with the store. I have had no reply. I will delete this review once they sort this. Maybe it will get their attention?

  I dropped my business packages off. According to the receipt the package was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Now they’re saying they don’t process or run on the weekend and my packages that were dropped off 2 days ago are showing to have been dropped off today in Longview not Marshall. The customer service supervisor (Harry- phone agent) was rude and would allow me to file a complaint and also stated there not a corporate office to contact and rushed off of the phone. Meanwhile I’m refunding the customer and my business is losing revenue. Definitely unreliable and RUDE for no reason. I REALLY wish we had better shipping alternatives!

  I'm so glad this store is in Marshall. It is convenient, has knowledgeable employees, and is my go to location to ship packages.
