  Meleni L did an amazing job dealing with multiple customers at once including myself. She ran 2-3 tablets at once with efficiency and composure. I’m not sure what Meleni is getting paid but she definitely deserves a raise as she took care of all the customers single handedly while making sure all customers were being seen and heard. I am a New customer at cricket now and I appreciate her help through the switch from AT&T to cricket. Good job!

  Walk into the store. 1 person working. Helping a couple. No "hello." No "I'll be with you in a second. " Wait ten minutes. No eye contact. No greeting. No estimation of when I'll be helped. Wait ten more minutes. Same thing. Walk out.

  Had a my 1st bad experience here tonight while I'm working I stopped by to pay my balance of my bridge pay they were already closed and it wasn't 8pm yet all I had was cash so I had to make the payment inside the store it was 5 min before closing I know it's cutting it close but when having business hours you shouldn't lock up before closing this was the worst customer service I've ever had from here
