  Ive never had any bad experiences here, but I'm only leaving 2 stars because of how poorly managed this location is. Sunday, at lunch time, and only one person was scheduled to work. I walked in, there were already 7 people waiting in line, and 3 mobile orders waiting to be made. The poor lady working was so overwhelmed. There is NO reason a single person should be working here by themselves, especially on a weekend. I hope a manager or someone in charge of staffing will see this review and start scheduling more than one person on weekends. That being said, if you aren't in a rush, this place is great.

  They need to hire more people to work during the summer. Every time I place an online order, they ask my name and then start on it once they finish with everyone in the line. You can track the order all you want…it says your order is ready, but it’s not. I used to like this Subway, but now it looks like they just want to save money by not having more than one person working. They don’t really care about customers. (Btw, the workers are wonderful and I feel really bad for them).

  Son las 9:15 am supuestamente abren a las 9:00 am y la que atiende la tienda fumandose un cigarro fuera con mala actitud me dise que aun no esta abierta la tienda cuando ya an pasado 15 min que deberia abrir… esta location necesita una manager que ponga orden y haga que sus trabajadores cumplan las reglas y los horarios…. No esta abierta la esta chica la que estaba fumando pero igual casi 20 min despues del horario que deberia estar abierto es que estan bajando las sillas para finalmente abrir la tienda… ya estoy dentro y muy mal trato tambien la chica del video

  I ordered on my receipt say pepper jack cheese they put provolone I said no onion on there end it say light they are gross Ask to remake it and the lady said no refunds and no remaking the sand which at this point I’m done with this place MY Advice Watch them make it because they don’t care about getting the purchase right

  I'm only giving this location a 5 star review because of the young lady working BY HERSELF this evening (June 4th) and handling the job of two, if not three, people like a rockstar. She deserves a substantial raise or stock in the company at the very least!!!
