  I needed a document notarized, set an appointment and showed up. When I arrived the lady said “I already told someone the notary isn’t coming until 2pm”, but I had an appointment for 930am, to which I was not notified of this sooner or I would’ve made other arrangements. Very unprofessional and not apologetic or anything.

  I was here with 4 returns store was very busy, but yet everything went just as smooth as it could. And all the employees were just as nice as they could be smiles. One of my returns was not the easiest it took. A lot of they had to manually enter the numbers on some things. For my cable company that I had to ship back but they were as good as gold. I don't see how anyone could leave them. A one star, maybe it's crazy. The best to everyone

  Horrible company. They lost a heart monitor package for me. My address was correct and they kept attempting deliveries at businesses around my home. I called the phone numbers on the notices and the AI system refuses to let me talk to a person. "I know you'd like to talk to a person but let's try something else." They wanted to charge me for the delivery people's incompetence at not knowing what a correct address is and wouldn't let me provide instructions for which house it is. So Ive wasted three days waiting for these people 🙄. And they want to charge me for their error as the recipient. Don't do business with these people.

  I feel so bad for the gentleman that was working today and trying to help the 14 people in line while both his computers went down. Honestly this is the worst UPS store and the owners should be ashamed of keeping it open without doing a single thing to make it better. I’d rather drive 30-45 out of my way than use this location. Again, the owner is at fault. NOT THE EMPLOYEES.
