  Not very friendly staff, was told I needed the the area code and weight of the box. When I got back with the info I needed more info that they were hesitant to tell me the first two times......... And the individual did it all with a straight face.

  Giving two stars because Lee is always the consummate professional, is caring and clearly appreciates customers. Whenever he’s at the counter, the experience is always extraordinary and he is who helped me today. Having said that watching the elderly female behind the counter in her interaction with customers Is always disgusting. She most certainly does not care about customers nor the reputation of the store as she is always rude, condescending, and sarcastic, and it has been this way for many years. I wish the store would invest in training her to be a better customer service representative as it would make the experience much more pleasant.
