  Mercedes and her team have done an amazing job taking care of our company and family. They found many gaps in our coverage from our previous provider where we were also underinsured. We feel much better knowing she will be looking over our policies with our best interest in mind.

  Friendly knowledgeable staff, always looking out for your best interest. Mercedes is amazing. Over the last few years, legislation was implemented which drastically increasing the cost of some flood insurance policies. Not only was Mercedes knowledgeable about these changes, but spent countless hours working with the area Floodplain Administrators to educate area Realtors and property owners.
