  The larger white lady with the glasses who is always working the register seriously needs a lesson in customer service. She is consistently rude and needs to realize that customers are the reason she has a job in the first place. There is absolutely no reason to treat paying customers the way she does. After this experience, I will not be going back, and I’ll definitely be making sure people in my community know about the way customers are treated here. Completely unacceptable.

  I am so disappointed about the fries being frozen fries. I had no clue that they were changed and ordered from Wingstop wanting the classic hand-cut fries. Even the fry seasoning seemed different and did not help these bland/dry frozen fries.

  I had a terrible experience with Winstop in 2008 😅 since then I’ve gone a couple times but wasn’t really sold. Today I walked in bc my son wanted wings. The young lady at the counter was so patient, SOOOO helpful, and so kind. Very genuine! I asked her about honey hot she told me she liked them and since she was so kind I went with it. 🤣 I’m so glad I did bc they were so good! I will be back! I hope she’s there so I can thank her lol she changed my whole mind!

  Gosh they are reallt friendly but a tiny bit stressed out. I dont blame them, they worked next to a high-school. I loved going there during high-school before choir shows. Food is great, they are fast and orderly. And clean, stupid clean.
