  I come here all the time and I swear they should know me by name. I’ve never had an issue, and they always help me with what whatever I need. Emelia is so nice and makes sure my boxes are carefully placed and even sometimes lets me use her tape!!!

  So glad the UPS Store opened up here in Manvel. The staff is genuinely friendly and goes out of their way to find solutions to your shipping and business needs. They know their stuff and don’t just process transactions—they actually help you solve problems. Whether you need shipping, mailbox services, or other business solutions, they handle it with professionalism and a smile. Definitely recommend, especially if you’ve been driving elsewhere for these services. Great job!

  This UPS store always seems to have an issue with something. This time they would take an Amazon return because there wasn't an Amazon box but the return had the original product box. So the product is inside the box packaged and sealed neatly with an Amazon return label already on the box. They wanted to charge $3 to take it. The other time was they wanted to charge me to print the Amazon return label.

  This facility is very unprofessional. The representative Mikayla was very unprofessional she was servicing me and 5 other people at the same time. Then after she took up all my time waiting for her to service me because she was servicing everyone that walked in the building. I ended up being the last person in the building. Her boss habib as she said called her and told her to walk me out the building even though I was not done. I called there 1-800 number to complain and they basically told me to speak to the store manager because they are franchise. This essentially meant that I would be talking to the individual that told mikayla to walk we out the store without servicing me. So essentially they have a broken system and I told them that on the phone but it was going no where. These guys need to get it together. Very unprofessional. I would not come here even if they paid me. Actually I typically go to the alvin location they are way better and I never have this issue.
