    I think they are individually owned. I made a habit of going every morning before w since they are open 24 hrs. The first few visits when females worked . It was a very pleasant experience, very accommodating and pleasant. Today I went and the employees wereVery rude and stingy.limit you on vegetables, saying they can only give Three pieces of onion.very argumentative. Take your money and time where you will be appreciated. This was my last visit at this location.

    For over three years, my family and I have been frequenting this location. Recently, I ordered a foot-long sandwich for pickup, but due to an app malfunction, I had to place a second order. Unfortunately, the store did not receive the second order. I contacted them twice to confirm its receipt, but the employee on the phone informed me that he had not received the order and was unable to take any action. I suggested that I could bring the order to the store and show him the app, but he declined, stating that he had not received the order and would not do it. I inquired about any possible solutions, but he became irate and refused to help. I explained that I had not been rude, was speaking calmly, and had been a loyal customer for over three years. I implored him to be more professional and avoid becoming annoyed over the phone. He responded that he was professional and HUNG UP. Due to his rude behavior, he just lost a loyal customer who had been coming to his location for over three years now. Just two days prior to this incident, they messed up my wife’s sandwich. They acknowledged the mistake and said he remembers me as I come in frequently and he would make it right the next time. It is not merely about one sandwich; it is about treating customers with respect. We won’t be coming to your location again.

    Ordering through the mobile app is a literal cheat code. No need to wait in line or for the sandwich artist to assemble the sub. You don’t even have to interact with anyone just walk in and pick up your delicious sub and be on your way. This location is actually further away from me but I don’t mind making the longer trip for good food.
