  Iam so happy to have talked and enroll my auto and home insurance with the ofice of miss Dhyana and her staff the are very helpful caind and welcoming ireally have a wonderfull experience and the best part i saved 200 dollars a month on my insurance thank you allstate like they said iam in good hands

  I recently worked with the Allstate office in Grand Prairie, and while my experience didn’t start off the way I had hoped, I’m grateful for how everything was resolved. I initially had some challenges, but Ms. Dhyana Newton stepped in and completely turned my experience around. She was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find a resolution. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and made sure my concerns were addressed.
