I visited this Cricket Wireless location around 9:49 a.m. on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, to make a simple phone bill payment. There was only one employee working at the time. The experience was frustrating. I provided my ID when asked, but I was then told I also needed to provide my account PIN just to process a basic payment. I explained that I was only there to pay my bill and was not making any changes to my account, but I was still not given a clear explanation of why the PIN was required or whether there was another way to complete the payment. Because I was not comfortable sharing my PIN, I was unable to complete the transaction. I ended up leaving without paying my bill there. I would have appreciated clearer communication and a more straightforward process for handling a simple payment.

I really love these guys. They helped me get into a new plan that was cheaper with more data per line. Super friendly. And Cricket network has been awesome I have traveled all over this great nation with Cricket and have had less drops then when I was with ATT even though they both work on the same network platform. And what I even love more than all of that is no hidden fees my bill is what it's suppose to be every month
